Kelly Learned is a registered professional planner in Alberta and British Columbia. With close to 20 years of experience in the planning profession, she has been fortunate to work as a parks planner/inspector, long-range planner, regional growth management lead, and project manager for the environmental research institute, Miistakis. As the FRANK planning collaborative principal, Kelly has provided expertise and services on engagement design, facilitation, and planning projects for municipal, not-for-profit and industry clients for over a decade.
