FRANK is based within Treaty 7 territory stewarded by the Stoney Nakoda (Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Wesley), Blackfoot Confederacy (Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika), Tsuut’ina Nations, and the Rocky View Métis of the Battle River Territory. The Bow Valley is also of importance to the Ktunaxa, Secwépemc, Dene, and Mountain Cree.
