Supportive Youth Housing Project Concept, Colwood BC

Threshold Housing Society and Thrive + Foundry wanted to explore a potential partnership on a recently purchased parcel in Colwood Corners, an area in the process of intensifying from low-density housing to a mixed-use hub. Our team was asked to work with the organizations and their interest-holders to explore what that partnership and potential development of youth housing and supportive services could look like. FRANK led the partner and interest holder engagement and provided planning analysis for the potential development. This project was in collaboration with Montane Architecture, Boundary Design and groundcubed.
